Project Muscle Up

GOAL

To build the strength and technique to perform both ring and bar muscle-ups correctly and efficiently. There is a money back guarantee that you’ll get at least 1 Muscle Up (Ring or Bar). See details below for prerequisites for the guarantee.

 

DETAILS

12 Weeks includes 6x 60min classes and 24x (30-45 minute) additional workouts w/ Individual Design Room access.

Sundays 11-12pm: 6/4, 6/18, 7/16, 7/30, 8/13

Thursday 6:15-7:15pm: 7/6

6 people max

Additional Options: 1-on-1 attention (2x 1:1 60min sessions)

Must have at least 1 strict pull up and 1 strict dip

Individual workouts will be designed around current skill/strength

  • 1 strict pull-up and matador dip with 30% of your BWT
