Project Muscle Up

12 Weeks includes 6x 60min classes and 24x (30-45 minute) additional workouts w/ Individual Design Room access.
Sundays 11-12pm: 6/4, 6/18, 7/16, 7/30, 8/13
Thursday 6:15-7:15pm: 7/6

Must have at least 1 strict pull up and 1 strict dip

- 1 strict pull-up and matador dip with 30% of your BWT
