With a teaching style influenced by Vinyasa and Power Yoga, she has a way of challenging her students, while at the same time helping them to leave class feeling grounded, empowered, and with an overall sense of peace.

Yoga Express (30 minutes)
Reboot and rebuild with a series of holding postures that focus on stretching and breathing. This class is designed to alleviate soreness, work the connective tissues in your body and give your mind a well-deserved moment of reflection.
Flow Yoga (60 minutes)
Whether it is a wind-down from the weekend or to prepare for the week ahead our Sunday flow yoga may be just the class you are looking for! Drawing on the ancient traditions of Hatha Yoga, this all-level class, perfect for beginners, links breath with movement in a gentle, flowing sequence. A balance of sustained postures and moving meditation, this practice both restores and revitalizes the body and mind. Strong emphasis on alignment enhances the therapeutic benefits of the postures. Modifications are always offered in order to customize the practice to the student’s individual level and/or specific physical issues. A thoroughly relaxing yet energizing experience.
